What we process

When you visit, our servers may process technical data such as your IP address, browser, requested page, time, and error information. We use it to deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the site.

If you request a demo, join a mailing list, create an account, register as a partner, or contact us, we process the information you provide and the technical details needed to prevent abuse and provide the requested service. This can include your name, work email, company, role, message, account details, and transaction details.

Analytics and session diagnostics

We use a self-hosted Umami installation at data.windshift.dev. It records page views, referrers, browser and device information, approximate location, and product events without tracking cookies or cross-site tracking.

On public pages, a 15% sample of visits may be recorded for up to five minutes to diagnose usability problems and bugs. Form inputs are masked, and replay is disabled on account, administration, and partner routes. Replays are retained for up to 30 days.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you change the language, we store a functional locale preference in a first-party cookie and local storage. Signed-in areas use a strictly necessary session cookie.

Service providers

Where needed, we use Brevo for email, Microsoft Bookings for demo scheduling, and Stripe when payment features are used. These providers process data under their own terms and may process it outside Switzerland. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and your rights

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, security, support, and legal or accounting obligations. You may ask for access, correction, or deletion and exercise other rights that apply to you by emailing info@realigned.io. Some records may need to be retained where the law requires it.
